Accueil > International (Engl) > Asia > Solidarity to Indian Workers, Farmers, Women (...)

The International Labour Network for Solidarity and Struggles (ILNSS) stands in solidarity with the 3,500 workers at Toyota Kirloskar Motor and their Union, the TKMEU, are in struggle for humane working conditions, against speed up and authoritarianism since November at Bidadi in Karnataka state.

The ILNSS sides with the millions of farmers who have been holding national protests since November against the three farm laws which downplay the Minimum Support Prices (MSP) and pave the way for industrialists to take over peasants’ farming lands.

The ILNSS demands Indian authorities to take action against the Thakur upper-caste men who gang-raped and brutalised a 19-year-old Dalit woman at Hathras, Uttar Pradesh on September 14, 2020.

At last, the ILNSS greets the demonstrations in Elgar Parishad and Bhima Koregaon against caste system and for Dalit rights to be held on December 31st, 2020 and January 1st, 2021 respectively.

Long live the struggles of Indian workers, farmers, women and Dalits !
